Support youth at Kahkewistahaw First Nation as a Family Wellness Post Majority Support Worker. Provide holistic assistance to individuals aged 18-26 addressing their diverse needs.

In this crucial role, you will be part of the Family Wellness Program, focusing on youth aged 18-26. The Family Wellness Post Majority Support Worker will play a key role in helping families and individuals tackle mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical challenges. You'll collaborate closely with the Family Wellness Team and help to develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to meet the unique needs of the Kahkewistahaw community while following all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive support to families and youth

• Assist in program development and evaluations

• Engage with the Family Wellness Team regularly

• Follow established Kahkewistahaw policies

• Address specific community wellness needs

Requirements:
