As the Jordans Principle Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting applications for children in need. Your tasks will include collecting information, ensuring accurate documentation, and advocating for appropriate services. You must be proactive and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, always prioritizing the needs of the clients you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive casework for Jordans Principle
• Assess client needs and document submissions
• Ensure compliance of documentation for service processing
• Communicate with regional offices on behalf of clients
• Conduct outreach to raise awareness of services
Requirements:
• Experience in case management or advocacy
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to function well independently and in teams
• Community engagement experience preferred
• Commitment to cultural appropriateness in services
Lead efforts to ensure children access essential services at Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.
