This full-time, permanent role involves working alongside the Drop-in Coordinator and the broader Outreach Team. As an Outreach Support Mentor, you'll be responsible for program planning and execution while maintaining participant documentation and fostering positive interactions. Strong mentoring and personal management skills are vital for success in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all participant needs are met through direct support

• Collaborate with the Outreach Team on program activities

• Monitor participant engagement and communicate effectively

• Assist with limited administrative tasks relevant to program support

• Build and maintain trust with participants and collaborators

Requirements:

• Required previous outreach experience

• Two years in a related role with individuals with disabilities

• Current First Aid Level 1 certification

• Successful completion of necessary background checks

• Reliable and insured vehicle
