In this rewarding role, you’ll serve as a guide for newcomers, helping them navigate the complexities of the loan process and career development. By delivering tailored coaching sessions, you will empower clients to enhance their financial literacy and employability in a supportive hybrid work environment spanning Montreal, Calgary, and Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients throughout the loan application journey
• Provide coaching sessions aimed at improving career prospects
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Promote use of community support and resources
• Enhance client engagement with follow-up check-ins
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
• Skilled in Google Workspace tools
• Familiar with CRM and data management systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving attitude
