Turning Leaf is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work within its Intensive Home Support Division. In this full-time or part-time role, you will support adults with intellectual challenges and mental illness, helping them set goals and engage in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with supervisors to develop and implement personalized support programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and supervision for program participants

• Assist residents with daily activities and medication management

• Support social participation and community engagement

• Maintain records and submit incident reports as needed

• Attend training and staff meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of direct support experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Clear Criminal Record Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check

• Standard First Aid and CPR Certification required

• Completion of post-secondary education in Human Services preferred
