This full-time permanent role is ideal for individuals with social service or social work backgrounds. As a Navigator, you will use your proficiency in both French and English to support service users and address complex needs. Your adaptability and empathy will be crucial in quickly resolving barriers to access while aligning with our mission to empower communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect clients to health and human services information
• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
• Provide trauma-informed and anti-oppressive client support
• Uphold service excellence and communication standards
• Adapt to rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in social services sector
• Lived experience of anti-racism and equity principles
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Current knowledge of trauma-informed mental health practices
• Proficiency in both French and English
