Social Worker for Senior Care Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries about policies and admissions

• Conduct pre-admission assessments with applicants

• Facilitate new resident admissions with care

• Plan and lead tailored social work programs

• Document quality management reports for evaluation

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Social Worker in Canada

• Graduate with a Bachelor of Social Work degree

• Experience with elderly populations preferred

• Strong teamwork and independent initiative skills

• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
