As a Social Worker, you will enhance the functioning of clients and their families while promoting a resident-centered environment. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting tours, and coordinating the admissions process, all while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to help residents thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to placement inquiries from families and advocates

• Conduct tours to promote the facility effectively

• Oversee pre-admission processes and assessments

• Lead social work initiatives for resident psychological support

• Document statistical reports for quality management purposes

Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker under Health Professions Act

• Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited school

• Experience in geriatrics is essential

• Familiarity with multi-disciplinary teamwork

• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
