Position: Support Staff for Addiction Recovery
Location: Steinbach

Join Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as a Support Staff member focused on addiction recovery. The role combines client support, operational tasks, and spiritual leadership.

As part of the In Residence Programs, you will supervise clients, help with daily activities, and create a healthy recovery environment. Your duties will involve encouraging accountability and modeling Christ-centered leadership. We look for individuals who are aligned with our mission to end addiction and lead others toward recovery through faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clients and ensure program adherence

• Support daily schedules and conduct facility checks

• Participate in kitchen duties and meal prep

• Lead support groups and outreach activities

• Document incidents and client needs

Requirements:

• Education in social work or addiction services preferred

• Experience in recovery or mentorship beneficial

• Valid driver’s license may be necessary

• First Aid Certification is an asset

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance required
