Position: Cree Land Based Consultant at MLTC
Join Meadow Lake Tribal Council as a Cree Land Based Consultant, focusing on Land, Language, Relationships, and Culture. Drive impactful projects and initiatives while supporting community education.

The MLTC Education division is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual for this consultant role. Key responsibilities include implementing work plans and facilitating collaborations that enhance cultural foundations. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with important land-based projects and contribute to the community’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement work plans that support cultural foundations

• Support language and relationship initiatives within the community

• Collaborate with various stakeholders and resources

• Develop and manage key projects related to land and culture

• Facilitate planning for educational resources and programming

Requirements:

• Strong motivation and dynamic approach

• Relevant experience in land-based cultural initiatives

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups

• Understanding of Cree culture and language

• Passion for fostering community relationships
