Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor client safety and conduct regular status checks

• Develop and implement case management plans

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and incident reports

• Assist with medication storage and recording

• Support resident programming and crisis intervention

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of Community College education

• Diploma or Degree in social services field

• One year of frontline casework experience

• Vulnerable Sector Check and other required background checks
