As a Social Worker, you will provide valuable psychosocial assessments to assist individuals and families facing health challenges.

Your role will involve aligning with healthcare teams to interpret complex social and emotional issues while fostering positive relationships. You may also guide new team members and manage various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and interventions for clients

• Support healthcare teams with social and emotional interpretations

• Build rapport and engage effectively with clients

• Participate in administrative functions as needed

• Provide mentorship to students and new staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) needed

• Preferred two years of relevant experience

• Must be registered with Manitoba College of Social Workers

• CPR training compliance as per employer policy

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
