Position: Crisis Response Specialist - The Link
Join The Link as a Crisis Response Specialist, delivering critical support services to youth experiencing crises. This role promotes emotional well-being through direct intervention.

We are looking for compassionate individuals to serve on our Mobile Crisis Team. The Crisis Response Worker will provide timely crisis interventions while understanding the unique needs of Indigenous youth and their families. Your work will ensure that youth receive appropriate resources while participating in their healing journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention via phone

• Conduct face-to-face support for youth and families

• Partner with external programs to ensure service continuity

• Maintain communication with the team and fulfill administrative tasks

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Indigenous peoples’ trauma experiences

• Expertise in crisis mediation and de-escalation

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Clear criminal and abuse record checks needed

• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
