Life's Journey Inc. is seeking a dedicated Outreach Support Mentor for a full-time role in Winnipeg, MB. This mentor position involves direct participant support and teamwork.
As an Outreach Support Mentor, you will collaborate with the Outreach Team and Spectrum Connections Team to ensure that program goals are met. You’ll plan, monitor, and document participant activities while fostering a positive, culturally competent environment. Strong ethics, adaptability, and team collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct support to program participants
• Participate in activity planning and monitoring
• Ensure program documentation is accurate
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Uphold workplace policies and safety standards
Requirements:
• Required outreach experience
• Preferably two years in a related role
• Current First Aid Certification Level 1
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Passing background checks required
