Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Support Workers and community resources

• Ensure support worker roles are filled and scheduled

• Conduct home visits to provide support and oversight

• Manage conflict situations within the care homes

• Compile and review Time Sheets for payroll

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or 3 years' related experience

• Supervisory experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills, including Anishinaabe an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
