In this pivotal role, you will report to the Support Worker Program Supervisor and focus on enhancing care delivery in Southern Care Program homes. Key responsibilities include managing support worker schedules, conflict resolution, and recruitment. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining connections with community resources and support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with Support Workers and community resources
• Ensure support worker roles are filled and scheduled
• Conduct home visits to provide support and oversight
• Manage conflict situations within the care homes
• Compile and review Time Sheets for payroll
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or 3 years' related experience
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, including Anishinaabe an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
