Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will lead a team of 4-6 adept Software Quality Engineers in enhancing the testing landscape.
Your role will include steering database, API, and front-end testing efforts, along with facilitating performance testing and CI/CD automation. This is an excellent chance to utilize your expertise in telecom-focused software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Software Quality Engineers
• Define and implement testing strategies
• Oversee API and performance testing
• Manage front-end test automation projects
• Enhance CI/CD pipeline for efficiency
Requirements:
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• 6+ years of software quality engineering
• Proficient in programming languages and tools
• Strong grasp of microservices and cloud solutions
Drive software quality and spearhead innovative testing practices at a leading SaaS provider in Ontario.
