Salesforce Developer Fsc Cloud

Job Summary  We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for financial services use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with FSC data models, customization, integrations, and Salesforce best practices, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC solutions.
Configure and extend FSC features such as Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Household Relationship Groups, and Actionable Relationship Center (ARC).
Develop Salesforce components using Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs.
Implement Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (Mule Soft preferred).
Ensure data security and compliance with FLS, OWD, sharing rules, and Shield where applicable.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure code coverage and performance standards.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Required

Skills & Qualifications   Strong experience in Salesforce FSC.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.

Experience with Salesforce Data Model and Standard FSC objects.
Hands‑on with Salesforce Flows, Screen Flow, Record‑Triggered Flow, and Scheduled Flow.

Experience with Salesforce Security Model.
Integration technical skills: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML.
Middleware exposure (Mule Soft preferred).
Good understanding of the Financial Services domain: banking, wealth management, insurance, or lending.
Familiarity with KYC customer onboarding and relationship management concepts.
Positive to Have   Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

Experience with Omni Studio Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.

Experience with Salesforce Shield Encryption or other compliance frameworks.
