- Ensure secure and testable modernization outcomes
- Oversee knowledge transfer from project inception
- Demonstrable experience in modernizing .NET systems
- Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server
- Ability to work independently in high‑governance settings
- Experience in public‑sector or enterprise environments
- Strong decision‑making capabilities
