In this senior role, you'll focus on improving integrations and enhancing customer experience. Your responsibilities include designing a robust integration platform, developing APIs, and building intuitive features based on customer feedback. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll ensure their needs are met, contributing to best practices and technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance integration framework for over 250 existing integrations
• Design and implement customer-focused features
• Build intuitive APIs that improve user experience
• Create testing and observability patterns
• Monitor system performance and optimize scalability
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in production systems development
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js and Type Script
• Familiarity with AWS or similar platforms
• Strong customer empathy and technical support background
• Proficient in debugging distributed systems
