Senior Software Developer at ACV Auctions

Advance your expertise with ACV Auctions in Toronto, ON, as a Senior Software Developer. This role focuses on backend C# and ASP.NET to enhance the MAX Digital SaaS platform.

In this senior role, you will collaborate closely with the MAX Engineering team, building and maintaining APIs, services, and MVC web applications. Your contributions will ensure operational excellence in a dynamic environment and facilitate effective design initiatives alongside fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain features for the MAX Digital SaaS product

• Design Kafka-based event processing services and workflows

• Own complex initiatives from requirements to delivery

• Collaborate on scalable service designs with engineering teams

• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality testing practices

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science preferred

• Minimum 8 years in SaaS applications using ASP.NET and C#

• Solid experience with third-party API integration

• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and Docker

• Expertise in CI/CD and software release automation
