Key Responsibilities- Define technical direction for AI initiatives
- Lead solutioning and produce technical artifacts
- Drive engineering quality through code reviews
- Evolve protected patterns for AI‑assisted development
- Mentor engineers through complex challenges
- BS or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10 years of software engineering experience
- Hands‑on mastery in Python or .NET
- Solid CI/CD and quality assurance expertise
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
