As a Senior Java Developer on the Trading Infrastructure team, you will create core backend systems, including market connectivity and execution engines. You’ll employ advanced programming practices, ensuring a deterministic design while collaborating with product and trading teams. This role emphasizes performance profiling, JVM tuning, and the use of AI-driven tools for coding efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design core backend systems for trading processes

• Implement ultra-low-latency components using GC-free techniques

• Collaborate with trading teams to produce optimal solutions

• Conduct performance profiling and debugging in production

• Develop automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Java backend experience in trading environments

• Deep knowledge of Java internals and multithreading

• Experience with GC-free programming techniques

• Familiarity with Aeron and low-latency libraries
