The Systems Developer role offers the opportunity to design and deliver impactful, customer-facing web applications while continuously improving performance and scalability. • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our web applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Requirements gathering and analysis to validate project feasibility, cost, and effort.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure functionality is maintained for all users.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Facilitate training for staff on comprehension, navigation, and utilization.
• Responding to system inquiries and the technologies it supports.
• Staying current with features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators.
• Writing clean and scalable code, following code best practices.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues as necessary.

• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Graduated from a Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or a Technology program.
• A high level of critical thinking, accountability, and adaptability.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
• The ability to take initiative.
