Your tasks will include creating LLM-based workflows, managing secure Model Context Protocol servers, and implementing RAG pipelines for production. Key Responsibilities:

• Design sophisticated LLM-based workflows for banking solutions

• Build and manage secure Model Context Protocol servers

• Create production-grade RAG and Graph

RAG pipelines

• Monitor AI system performance with the ELK observability stack

• Coach junior engineers in effective AI development methodologies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3 in leadership

• Strong understanding of LLM architectures and prompt engineering

• Experience with cloud-native solutions, especially in Azure

• Proficient in the ELK Stack for system monitoring

• Familiar with financial regulatory requirements
