Position: Senior Full Stack Java Engineer Contract Role )

Contribute to large-scale projects as a Senior Java Full Stack Developer on hybrid contract in Toronto. Focus on developing high-performance Java applications and scalable cloud services.

This role emphasizes solid design and development abilities in Java/J2EE and containerized technologies. You will be tasked with delivering REST APIs and microservices, alongside managing SQL databases. Essential experience with tools including Git Hub and Jenkins is also required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications
Create and manage cloud-based microservices
Design RESTful APIs for software integration
Handle SQL database management, including SQL Server
Use Git Hub and Jira for collaboration and Dev Ops

Requirements

10+ years of software development expertise
Proficient in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
Experience with Open Shift, AWS, or Azure platforms
Skilled in SQL databases, such as DB2 or Oracle
Located within 1 hour of the GTA
