Senior Software Engineer Cloud Gateway

This role targets engineers proficient in cloud technologies, particularly for IoT and streaming applications. You will build robust systems for telemetry acquisition and data management while ensuring high performance and scalability. Work primarily from our Vancouver office and support critical cloud-based vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable full-stack applications for the Cloud Gateway

• Build and maintain effective messaging systems with Kafka

• Create responsive UI applications in React JS

• Optimize cloud solutions and ensure robust performance

• Monitor and troubleshoot applications for high availability

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Go and Python programming

• Strong cloud-native patterns knowledge, especially AWS

• Familiarity with distributed databases and caching technologies

• Participation in on-call rotation for production issues
