Technical Supervisor at Netflix Animation

As an Associate Technical Supervisor, you'll partner with the Technical Supervisor and creative teams to drive the technical vision behind animated feature films. Your expertise in Modelling, Rigging, and Surfacing will be crucial as you enhance pipelines, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure artists have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop productive tools to support visual goals

• Troubleshoot and optimize production processes for artists

• Manage initiatives and adjust production timelines

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team

• Clearly communicate project status to teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of pipeline TD experience in animation or VFX

• Strong Python skills with relevant tool familiarity

• Knowledge of production workflows and DCCs

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Git

• Degree in Animation, Computer Science, or related field
