Drive innovation with Amazon Fulfillment Technologies as a Software Engineer based in Toronto. You will focus on creating low-latency software solutions for global fulfillment operations. The Outbound group at Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) is looking for a Software Engineer. In this position, you’ll design, develop, and optimize reliable software while interacting directly with end-users. Your role encompasses the complete software lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and operations, ensuring the platform’s high availability is maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Develop scalable and dependable software solutions
- Maintain a high-availability operation that minimizes downtime
- Engage with end-users for optimization feedback
- Lead end-to-end management of software projects
- Support effective software operations across warehouses
- Over 3 years of software development expertise
- Minimum 2 years in design or architectural roles
- Experience with programming languages
- Comprehensive knowledge of software life cycles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
