This role requires you to become a domain expert in the Sophis trading system. By methodically comparing production outputs and release candidates, you will play a critical role in identifying discrepancies and enhancing system reliability. You will carry out automation initiatives, orchestrate CI/CD workflows, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of code quality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test Sophis functionalities from trade booking to regulatory outputs
• Analyze production data against candidate releases
• Develop automation based on identified manual tests
• Create robust CI/CD workflows for deployment practices
• Foster collaboration across teams for automation efforts
Requirements:
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in software development
• Expertise in Python and SQL databases needed
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines essential
• Understanding of capital markets advantageous
• Git knowledge for collaborative projects required
