Join RBC as a Frontend Engineer focusing on AI tools in Toronto. Create user-friendly designs that make advanced AI technology accessible and actionable.
In this full-time staff role, you will be responsible for the frontend architecture and UX aspects of RBC’s AI platform. Your work will include designing experimentation interfaces and dashboards that help visualize data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with various teams to maintain high standards of quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define architecture and UX direction for the AI platform
• Build experimentation UI for team collaboration on AI models
• Create dashboards showcasing key model performance metrics
• Develop workflows that navigate compliance and approval processes
• Conduct user testing to refine and improve designs
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in frontend/fullstack engineering, 3 years leading
• Strong knowledge of React and similar frameworks
• Excellent skills in UX design and data visualization
• Familiarity with backend languages like Node.js or Go
• Experience implementing frontend testing strategies
