Biz Buy Sell operates the internet’s largest and most heavily trafficked business for sale marketplaces, with more business listings, more unique users, and more leads delivered than any other platform. Our customers include small business buyers, sellers, owners, brokers, and others who need our information and services to help them buy or sell a business or franchise. Buying and selling a business is time-consuming and arduous process.
We are on a mission to automate that complex process into easy and manageable one for both sellers as well as buyers. This role is central to building compelling experience in our platform with native support to multiple languages, currencies, and locale preferences.
Biz Buy Sell is looking for a Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building intuitive, high-performance web experiences that simplify the complex process of buying and selling a business for both buyers and sellers.

- This position is located in San Francisco and is 5 days onsite.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support high-traffic, real-time web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC on the backend and Angular, Vue, Type Script, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript on the frontend, ensuring they are performant, maintainable, and reusable.
Build responsive, accessible (WCAG-compliant) interfaces that work reliably across browsers and devices.
Lead in establishing architectural best practices and mentor junior team members.
Analyze technical requirements and architect new components and web pages.
Implement product features, refine specifications, and continuously improve code quality.
Apply software design patterns and best practices for building reusable and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews, source control management, build automation, and testing processes.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver solutions from concept to implementation.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business partners on product design, feature development and delivery.
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business domain and products.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College
A track record of commitment to prime employers
Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with a modern SPA framework (Angular, Vue, etc.) and Type Script
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and deploying web applications to a cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience with software testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
Deep understanding of software design patterns and principles
Experience in microservices architectures
Experience mentoring junior developers
Effective use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong code quality…
