We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, data management, and application development
.

The resource will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

• Solution Design & Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Write, test, and deploy code that meets required quality standards.
• Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and related applications.
• Configure plugins, workflows, forms, views, business rules, and other Dynamics 365 components.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to address business requirements.
• Integration & Application Development
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, third-party applications, and other services.
• Utilize APIs, web services, connectors, and custom connectors for system integration.
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, C#, and other relevant web development technologies.
• Power Platform & Business Intelligence
• Develop model-driven and canvas applications using Power Apps.
• Build automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
• Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Data Management
• Support and oversee data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance activities.
• Work with relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Apply appropriate data modeling and data management practices.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance validation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure reliable application performance.
• Ensure applications meet established quality and delivery standards.
• Collaboration & Project Delivery
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and contribute to meeting project milestones and deadlines.
• Documentation & Best Practices
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow best practices for version control, release management, deployment, and application development.
• Utilize Azure Dev Ops for source control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Mentorship & Technical Support
• Provide technical support to development teams.
• Mentor fellow developers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-related technologies.
• Promote effective use of Dynamics 365 development and customization practices.

Skill / Experience Minimum Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree

Considered Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience 3+ years Dynamics 365 customization and configuration

Required Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Required Relational databases and data modeling, including SQL Server

Required Dynamics 365 integration with third-party applications

Required APIs, web services, and connectors

Required Model-driven and canvas Power Apps
