Join the Greenhouse Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer to tackle high-complexity projects. You’ll partner with Product Managers and Designers, providing mentorship and driving projects from conception to launch.
Your role will involve coding, technical project management, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define requirements with Product Managers and Designers
• Lead project execution within cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain scalable production code
• Mentor junior engineers, enhancing team growth
• Conduct code reviews and uphold quality standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of production coding experience
• Proficiency in Ruby, C#, Java, or Python
• Direct experience with AI and agentic software development
• Strong foundation in JavaScript or Type Script
• Full stack development experience is preferred
