Shape the developer experience at Jane as the accountable owner of Git Hub. Drive operational and security standards while automating compliance and enhancing collaboration in this remote-first role.
As a key player in our Developer Operations team, you'll manage Git Hub for 900+ repositories and 300+ developers. This position is perfect for a senior developer with expertise in configuration, automation, and security. Your work will directly impact developer workflows and make the tools they rely on genuinely delightful to use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the operational and security baseline for Git Hub
• Collaborate on creating user-friendly pathways for teams
• Automate compliance with configuration drift detection
• Lead change management across teams for improved workflows
• Extend successful practices to other tools in our SDLC
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in managing developer tools
• Proficiency in configuration as code with Terraform
• Strong security-first mindset and experience
• Autonomy in defining operational standards
• Familiarity with AI coding tools for automation
