At OPENLANE, we're seeking a Senior Android Developer to evolve our digital marketplace mobile applications, integrating AI as a core development tool. You will work closely with product, iOS, and backend teams to enhance the seller and buyer experiences while applying strong engineering principles.
Your role will focus on delivering quality software and ownership throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build Android features for marketplace experiences
• Lead technical direction on multi-module architecture
• Enhance testing practices and CI processes
• Mentor intermediate engineers on best practices
• Align product behavior with iOS teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional Android development
• Proficiency in Kotlin and multi-module apps
• Experience delivering apps to the Play Store
• Daily use of AI development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
