Syndio is on the lookout for a Lead Backend Engineer to strengthen its core platform. In this senior role, you will take ownership of backend services, utilizing your skills in Go and Python to create distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain microservices in Go and Python
• Establish real-time data pipelines with Kafka
• Design efficient APIs across various protocols
• Optimize performance of PostgreSQL databases
• Manage cloud provisioning with GCP and AWS
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in backend system development
• Expert in Go and Python programming
• Solid understanding of Postgres and ORMs
• Experience with Kafka for event-driven systems
• Hands-on knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD tools
