Position: Lead Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Focused)
We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with a primary focus on Front-End development and proven back-end capabilities to join a high-profile core project. This position focuses on building high-quality software and solving complex engineering problems in close collaboration with customer teams.

You will be working on a modern tech stack, focusing mainly on new feature development for an industry-leading platform that serves millions of users monthly.(

Responsibilities Actively contribute to AI adoption and integration within the team's development processes

Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable front-end and backend services

Participate in feature development, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Work closely with the customer to understand requirements and provide regular updates

Maintain high standards of code quality, automated testing, and documentation

Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices

Requirements

Lead Full-Stack expertise with a strong primary focus on Front-End technologies:
Type Script / React + Next.jsGood understanding of AI capabilities and practical experience contributing to AI-related solutions

Ability to identify areas where AI can be effectively applied and understand the requirements to build such solutions

Comfortable contributing cross-stack with solid proven backend experience (Python or Go experience is ideal)

Experience with scalable cloud-based web services and microservices (AWS preferred)
A strong commitment to code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and directly with customers

English proficiency: B2 level or higher
