Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Workforce Management product stream. You'll dive into building enterprise applications that support real-time data management, scheduling, and forecasting. Engage in designing REST APIs and developing responsive user applications using React and Type Script to enhance workforce efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design workforce planning and forecasting solutions with Java and Spring Boot
• Build microservices focusing on scheduling and staffing calculations
• Develop responsive applications with React and Type Script
• Implement REST APIs with clear OpenAPI/Swagger standards
• Integrate WFM solutions with various CX platforms and systems
Requirements:
• 8+ years in full-stack software development
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST services
• Hands-on experience with Type Script and React
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based applications
