Outlier seeks freelance AI Agent Builders to provide human feedback for improving large language models. You will help train proactive, multi-step agents that design, coordinate, and optimize real-world architectural workflows. The work suits software developers and orchestration specialists with at least two years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
Stress test agents in real-world environments
Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
Help improve large language model agent performance
Requirements:
Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
Build and maintain production-grade modular software
Experience with live, non-mocked environments
Handle complex multi-turn system interactions
Strong attention to detail and technical communication
Apply agent-building expertise to Open Claw projects through evaluation, debugging, stress testing, and precise technical feedback.
