Senior Full Stack PHP Engineer

Build full stack products with PHP 8+ and Symfony at Ciklum, working full-time in Canada while supporting clients directly. This senior engineering role combines software development with technical support for a product serving global clients.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work within a cross-functional development team. You will operate independently during U.S. hours while providing technical coverage. The position combines client onboarding, troubleshooting, technical requirements, and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Product Owner to onboard new clients
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the product
Translate client needs into technical requirements
Contribute directly to ongoing product development
Maintain and improve the product over time
Requirements:
Technical proficiency as a software developer
Comfort working directly with clients

Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture
PHP 8+ and Symfony Framework for backend APIs
Vue for administrative and customer-facing dashboards
