We are looking for Boutique Fitness Instructors who are motivated to share their technical knowledge with our members in a fun group setting. You will be encouraging and motivating clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through group exercise classes.

• Arrive to the club 10 - 15 minutes prior to the class beginning
• Check-in at the front desk and connect with members as they prepare for class
• Welcome members to your class, introduce yourself, and generate excitement
• Conduct class with enthusiasm and motivation
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and content-relevant experience for your class
• Remain 10 - 15 minutes after the class to connect with members and obtain feedback

• Results-Driven: You know results are key and support members in achieving their goals
• Friendly: You’re a people person who builds positive client relations and retention
• Public Speaking: You don’t have stage fright and enjoy public speaking
• Flexible: You adapt to change positively
• Responsible & Reliable: You take pride and ownership of the class and follow through
• Technical Knowledge: You have the certification to prove your technical knowledge about your designated studio class
• Motivated & Driven: You take initiative, identify opportunities and issues, and follow through
• As a Boutique Fitness Instructor, a typical day might include the following: See Responsibilities above
• Certifications or workshops related to fitness and health; CPR/First Aid current throughout employment
• 1+ years of experience as a studio fitness instructor is advantageous and preferred
• A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
