Job Title: Coach

Main Function: Implement energetic, safe, and progressive group training sessions (20 people or less) while building intentionally supportive relationships with members.

Hours: 20hrs/week - The regular schedule offers a possible mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends to keep things dynamic and ensure great coverage for members. While we aim to provide a consistent routine, unexpected situations will call for a shift in the usual schedule  Fukumoto Fitness, we function with flexibility and a team-first mindset.

• Facilitate a personalized group training experience
• Perform member follow up duties
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meeting
• Develop meaningful relationships with members
• Deliver other FF services (Isophit, Inbody, Blueprints etc)
• Being a part of the FF coach emergency coverage plan

• Commitment to open, honest and transparent communication
• Fitness coaching/group training experience with valid certification, insurance, and CPR
• Ability to ‘Own the Room’ (voice projection, authority, motivation)
