Summer Position
Game Day Promo Crew- Assist with event set-up and tear down
- Direct vehicles in parking areas (venue specific)
- Greet Bison fans upon entry, demonstrate quality customer service
- Scan spectator tickets upon entry and work with team of ticket staff to assist and guide spectators as needed
- Distribute promotion materials to spectators
- Work with Bison staff to support program sponsors on site
- Collaborate with production team to execute in-game promotions and contests
- Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm to engage the crowd in fan cheers, chants and contests
- Organize contestants, waiver forms, supplies and volunteers
- Assist Billy the Bison mascot with cues, scripting, delivery of promotional activations
- Manage ball kids (sport specific)
- Support Head of the Herd participants
- Seeking responsible individuals who are committed and punctual who can respectively work within a team environment.
- Seeking individuals who have the skills to learn quickly, anticipate and adapt in a setting with many moving parts.
- Bring an energetic and positive attitude to every shift to contribute to the Teams’ success.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Bisons and act as a positive ambassador for the program.
- Gain sport specific knowledge to appropriately navigate timing of in-game promotions.
- Positions include score sheet official, score clock operator, stats clock operator, shot clock operator.
- Work alongside field of play officials to provide accurate stats, time and scores in accordance with the sport specific rules and policies.
- As directed by Supervisors stay up to date on rule changes and scoring technology.
- Sport specific knowledge is required.

- Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.
- Participate in required training on scoring systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Bisons and act as a positive ambassador for the program.
- Be a full-time student in Fall and Winter.
- Must be eligible to work on campus and be able to produce required documentation for employment.
- Must have a valid social insurance number.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Hours:
5-20 hrs/week. Shifts range from Thursday-Sunday 4:30pm to 11:00PM. Majority of shifts range from Friday 4:30pm – Saturday 10:00pm at Bison home games.
