Position: Full-Time Driver for Riverside Health Care
Become a Full-Time Driver with Riverside Health Care in Atikokan, assisting those with disabilities by providing essential and safe transportation services. Your commitment will help enhance community mobility and well-being.

Reporting to the Director of Community Services, you will be responsible for the daily safe transportation of individuals with physical disabilities. This role involves vehicle maintenance, daily inspections, and ensuring an enjoyable travel experience for passengers. Your skill in communication and organization will be vital in this rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive individuals with disabilities to necessary appointments

• Conduct daily vehicle circle checks and maintain logs

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the transportation vehicle

• Report any discrepancies in vehicle operations

• Engage respectfully with all passengers and staff

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or related qualifications

• Required Class F driver’s license

• Effective interpersonal communication skills

• Experience in elderly transportation is beneficial

• Proven reliability and attendance record

Deliver safe, compassionate service as a Handi-Van Driver and contribute to community health care.
