NAV CANADA is on the hunt for two Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controllers for full-time, permanent positions in Winnipeg. This role involves assessing and directing air traffic while ensuring aircraft separation during key phases of operation. Candidates should excel in high-stress situations and maintain a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and direct air traffic flow through radar standards

• Provide clear flight instructions to pilots

• Enter and manage flight data accurately

• Operate and monitor critical equipment

• Conduct emergency responses during unforeseen events

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years licensed experience as Air Traffic Controller

• Completion of an Airport/Aerodrome ATC training program

• Strong decision-making skills under pressure

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work shifts and meet medical requirements
