As a Rail Track Maintainer, you'll work outdoors in various weather conditions, maintaining rails, ties, switches, and ballasts. This position requires vigilance to uphold safety standards, operate heavy machinery, and work collaboratively with your crew across multiple locations. You'll also participate in a comprehensive four-week paid training program to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair rails, ties, and ballasts

• Operate and maintain hand tools necessary for work

• Remove and replace defective track components

• Ensure safe working conditions per CN safety policies

• Maintain clear railroad right-of-way conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar regulatory environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license and 18+ years

• Ability to operate heavy machinery
