Part-Time Airport Ground Transportation Liaison

Join Winnipeg Richardson International Airport as a part-time Ground Transportation Liaison, where you'll streamline transport services and ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor vehicle availability and support curb ambassadors in a dynamic airport setting.

In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will engage with guests at kiosks, helping them find appropriate transportation methods. Your responsibilities include overseeing vehicle dispatch and working alongside the Airport Operations Center to address commercial vehicle shortages. Leading curb ambassadors will ensure compliance with all airport standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests and guide them to transport options

• Monitor and predict vehicle availability

• Operate specialized vehicles for facility compliance

• Inspect authorized and unauthorized vehicles

• Resolve parking equipment issues promptly

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service or transportation experience preferred

• Clean driver's license required

• Strong communication and decision-making skills
