As a Rural Mail Carrier, you'll be responsible for the safe sorting and delivery of mail items to various local communities. You’ll work part-time, guaranteed at 15 hours per week, with the potential to take on more work. If you enjoy driving and have an interest in enhancing customer service, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and deliver mail items promptly and safely
• Know local infrastructure for efficient deliveries
• Secure mail while transporting to destinations
• Handle CPC products, including Change of Address Notifications
• Wear visible Canada Post identification during shifts
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid class 5 or G driver’s license
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Vehicle must have 100 cu. ft. cargo space
• Metal rooftop with accessory power required
• Automobile liability insurance mandatory
