The role involves assisting with loading and transporting an average of 10–15 tons of waste per day, requiring physical fitness and compliance with safety protocols. Theideal candidate will be reliable and skilled in communication, working closely with the driver to ensure safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support drivers on designated waste collection routes

• Load garbage, recyclables, or organics into trucks

• Handle significant amounts of waste safely

• Manage carts and bins from curbside to truck

• Maintain safety standards during collection procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license essential

• Clean driving record required

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs continuously

• Prior experience in similar roles is preferred

• Pass all pre-employment requirements
